Check in & check out
Your accommodation is available from approx. 2.00 pm. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am.
Meal arrangements
You can select from the following meal arrangements:
- Half board (in winter)
- All inclusive (in summer)
- Breakfast buffet with vitality corner
For bookings without half board/all inclusive (just with breakfast) € 10,00 will be deducted from the regular price.

Car park and underground parking
Free parking is available, plus our hotel offers covered parking for motorbikes. According to availability parking spaces in the hotel's own underground garage are bookable at an extra charge of € 5,00 per space per day.
Non-smoking house
Our 3 star superior hotel is a non-smoking house. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony and outdoors. Thank you for your understanding.
Equipment for babies and toddlers
So that our youngest guests feel at home, we provide cots, highchairs and bike seats.
Rental of sports equipment
You're welcome to rent mountain bikes, snowshoes, sledges and umbrellas from our hotel (according to availability).
Pets
Pets are not permitted in our hotel. Please leave your four-legged friends in the accustomed surroundings.

Discounts for children
- From 0 to 2 years: free of charge
- Winter:
3 to 13,9 years: 50 % reduction when sharing a room with parents - Summer 2025:
3 to 13,9 years: 49,- per night/ children
Resort tax
The accommodation prices are excluding resort tax.
Single room supplement
summer 2025: € 30,- per night
winter 2024/25: € 30,- per night
Short stay supplement
For stays of under 3 nights we charge a supplement of € 10,- per person/ night.
Deposit & payment
To confirm your booking we request you transfer a deposit
(€ 200,00) for each room to our bank account:

Purpose: Period of stay & full name of booking
The remainder should please be paid on evening prior to departure: We accept cash, EC-card and credit cards (Visacard, Mastercard).
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions winter 2024/25 & summer 2025
Room cancellations are only valid in writing
- Up to 3 months prior to arrival no cancellation charges will be made
- In the event of cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival a fee of 3 nights will be charged
- Within 1 month of arrival or early departure 80% of your booked stay will be charged
Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Hotel-own travel protection & travel insurance

- A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. As unforseen circumstances can occur (illness, accident...) we recommend you take out travel insurance.
